This is a full-time hybrid role for an ERP implementation specialist. The specialist will be responsible for managing the implementation and maintenance of enterprise resource planning systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Configuration: Configure and set up new system modules to meet business requirements.
  • User Support: Provide training and support to users on system functionality and usage.
  • Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues that arise during system use.
  • Data Analysis: Analyze data from the system to identify trends and insights that can inform business decisions.
  • Reporting: Generate reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to ensure the ERP system aligns with business needs.

The ideal candidate will have experience in configuring, implementing, and maintaining ERP systems, proficiency in data analysis and generating reports, strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Prior experience in the food processing industry is a plus.

Requirements:
  • Experience: At least 2 years of experience in ERP implementation and maintenance.
  • Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, report generation, and troubleshooting.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
