Front Office Assistant Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Front Office Assistant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and supervising staff to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Front Office Manager in administering front office functions and supervising staff daily.
  • Work with managers and employees to ensure efficient check-in and check-out processes.
  • Support the development of departmental goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction and financial performance of the department.
Requirements:
  • Education and Experience:
  • High school diploma or GED + 2 years of experience in guest services, front desk, or related area, OR
  • 2-year degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major (no work experience required).
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and influence others.
  • Supervisory experience with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry standards and best practices.
