About the Role

We are seeking an accomplished and visionary professional to spearhead the planning and execution of large-scale projects and events.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional project management skills, a keen eye for design, and the ability to seamlessly integrate cutting-edge technology into event setups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive plans for on-ground projects, including venue selection, setup, set design, LED screens, branding materials, and more.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver tailored set and venue designs.
  • Maintain a database of reputable agencies for set design, lighting, stage, and event production.
  • Liaise with hotels and venues to manage bookings, room arrangements, and event logistics.
  • Establish a repository of hotel options across major cities for quick reference.
  • Bring innovative ideas and creative thinking to event setups, ensuring unique and engaging designs.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies in event production and incorporate them into projects for enhanced impact.
Skills & Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated expertise in event planning, production, or project management.
  • Strong understanding of set design, lighting, and event technology.
  • Excellent vendor management and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage timelines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A creative aptitude with attention to detail and design.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
