Job Description

  • Plan, execute, and manage daily social media activities across multiple platforms, ensuring seamless engagement with students and parents.
  • Design, run, and optimize paid campaigns on various ad networks to generate quality leads and drive conversions.
  • Collaborate with creative designers to deliver high-converting ad creatives, reels, and graphics that resonate with our audience.
  • Write compelling ad copies, campaign content, and captions that foster meaningful connections with our community.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance using industry-leading tools, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Develop and implement remarketing campaigns to re-engage prospective students and enhance conversion rates.
  • Align closely with the Admissions & Outreach team to ensure lead quality and optimize conversion strategies.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in social media management and paid marketing.
  • Hands-on expertise with Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other leading ad networks.
  • Strong understanding of SEO basics, campaign funnels, and analytics tools.
  • Creative thinker with data-driven decision-making skills and a passion for innovation.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
