Content Creation Specialist

Location: Kollam, India

We are seeking a skilled Content Creation Specialist to drive growth and engagement across social media platforms. The role demands expertise in short-form video creation, social media campaigns, and platform optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Production (60%):
    • Create 5 high-quality videos weekly using Canva, CapCut, or Premiere Pro.
    • Publish daily shorts across YouTube and social media.
    • Design 5+ static posts weekly using Canva (graphics, carousels, stories).
    • Update weekly Google My Business posts.
  • Growth & Engagement (25%):
    • Demonstrate 15% MoM follower growth and 10%+ engagement rates.
    • Share weekly updates (photos, events, announcements).
    • Drive 6+ Google reviews/month per location.
  • Campaigns & Initiatives (15%):
    • Execute 1+ localized digital campaign/month.
    • Train students to create content via Social Media Clubs.
    • Track and report KPIs with actionable insights.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

  • 5 videos/week | Daily shorts | 5+ static posts/week
  • 15% follower growth (MoM) | 10%+ engagement rate
  • 6+ Google reviews/location/month

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in social media marketing with focus on short-form video.
  • Hands-on experience with Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
  • Proven track record in achieving 15%+ MoM account growth.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
