Job Title: Digital Platform Manager

This role involves overseeing the maintenance and growth of a website, ensuring quality content, optimal performance, and excellent user experience.

  • Plan and strategize website responsibilities, including content management, user experience, and security measures.
  • Liaise with design and development teams to ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.
  • Pitch improvements to the website and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Conduct regular test plans to ensure website quality and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with teams and management to align the website with business strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of web professionals with a strong vision for success.
  • Work extensively with Content Management Systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, or Magento for website content and functionality management.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and smooth communication by spearheading all website maintenance related conversations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of user behavior and building user journey.
  • Awareness of product management and best practices.
  • Analytical mind and problem-solving attitude.
  • Working knowledge of web technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Sitecore, Shopify, Magento, or similar).
  • Experience using at least 1 e-commerce platform (e.g., Shopify, Magento).
  • Experience using Agile Methodology for Project Management.
  • Google Analytics Power User.
  • Ability to adapt to new tools and software.
  • Good understanding of SEO.
  • Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Presentation skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to resolve team conflict.
  • Fantastic time management skills.
