Job Overview:

This role involves managing and executing digital campaigns to drive transaction counts and Gross Merchandise Value (GMV) through various channels. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute digital campaigns, monitoring their performance and making data-driven decisions.
  • Achieve transaction volume and GMV targets by leveraging digital channels and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging digital trends and technologies, identifying opportunities to enhance business processes, user experience, and customer engagement.
  • Analyze data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of digital initiatives and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to ensure timely delivery of quality outcomes.
  • Optimize campaigns to maximize Return on Investment (ROI) and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Communicate regular business updates to leadership, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns, meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).

Educational Requirements:

  • Pursuing a Master's in Business Administration or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar industry.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
  • Creative mindset, excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English, both written and oral.
