About Performance Marketing Role

We are seeking a seasoned Performance Marketing Specialist to spearhead paid media campaigns across Google, Meta, and other digital platforms. The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record of driving ROI-focused campaigns, optimizing ad spends, and scaling performance marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other platforms to drive maximum ROI.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPC, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and provide regular performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation for improved targeting.
  • Collaborate with designers and content teams to create high-performing ad creatives and landing pages that meet business objectives.
  • Continuously run A/B testing for creatives, copies, and targeting strategies to ensure optimal campaign performance.
  • Manage campaign budgets, forecast spends, and deliver high ROI results.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithms, and ad platform updates.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads, and Ads.
  • Proficiency in campaign optimization and conversion tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Pixel setup).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make performance-driven decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO basics to align paid and organic strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
