Warehouse Operations Executive

Job Summary:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Executive. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinating with third-party logistics partners.

You will also be responsible for monitoring marketplace performance and conducting seasonal and brand-wise performance analysis to support business decisions.

In addition, you will review the Month-to-Date (MTD) partner sales performance and share insights in weekly review meetings.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day warehouse operations and coordinate with third-party logistics partners.
  • Monitor marketplace performance and conduct seasonal and brand-wise performance analysis.
  • Review MTD partner sales performance and share insights in weekly review meetings.
Requirements:
  • Graduate degree (any discipline).
  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience in e-commerce operations with direct exposure to warehouse management, 3PL coordination, and marketplace operations.
  • Strong working knowledge of OMS and WMS platforms such as Shiprocket, Unicommerce, Vinculum, or similar.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to work with internal teams and external partners.
  • Ability to analyse performance data and provide actionable insights.
