Shopify E-commerce Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Shopify E-commerce Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for the overall strategy and implementation of our Shopify stores.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve online store performance, including sales growth, conversion rates, and customer engagement.
  • Manage and maintain multiple Shopify stores, ensuring timely updates, accurate product information, and seamless user experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new features in Shopify to continuously improve our e-commerce capabilities.

Requirements:

  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management, preferably with Shopify.
  • Strong knowledge of Shopify apps, including Launchpad, Replo, Recharge, and other relevant tools.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business growth.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with WordPress and/or email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp).
  • Advanced knowledge of Shopify apps, including Rebuy, Nosto, Algolia, Yotpo, or A/B testing tools.
  • Familiarity with SEO principles and best practices.
  • Basic coding skills, with the ability to fix simple HTML/CSS issues.
