Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: The successful candidate will oversee digitalization projects, ensuring timely completion and delivering high-quality results.
  • Requirements Documentation: Collaborative work with business teams is required to create detailed requirement documents, including change requests.
  • Vendor Management: Prepare and manage Requests for Proposals, evaluating vendors' technical responses.
  • Workshop Facilitation: Organize and lead workshops to facilitate discussion and agreement on project requirements.
  • Gap Analysis: Perform analysis to identify gaps between requirements and solutions.
  • Business Process Design: Design and document business processes incorporating new solutions.
  • Project Planning: Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Team Management: Lead and manage delivery teams to develop and implement applications.
Requirements
  • Education: A bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Certification: Desired but not mandatory.
  • SAP Commerce Cloud Experience: 4-6 years of experience is highly valued.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP Commerce Cloud, Hybris, backend development, FE JavaScript/CSS, and API services.
