Job Overview

As a Dynamics 365 Commerce Specialist, you will be responsible for leading functional workshops to gather and analyze business requirements related to retail operations and POS systems.

Key responsibilities include configuring and customizing D365 Commerce POS modules, collaborating with technical teams, providing end-to-end support during implementation phases, developing functional documentation, troubleshooting and resolving POS-related issues, staying updated on Microsoft's roadmap, and supporting data migration and testing activities.

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Functional Consultant in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Commerce / Retail is required.
  • Hands-on experience with D365 POS (Modern POS, Cloud POS, Store Commerce) is necessary.
  • A strong understanding of retail business processes including sales, inventory, promotions, and customer management is essential.
  • Experience with lifecycle services (LCS), Azure DevOps, and D365 configuration tools is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
  • The ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment is necessary.
