Job Title: Technical User Provisioning Specialist

Description:

This role focuses on the effective management of user lifecycle tasks, ensuring seamless integration across customer environments.

\

The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack administration, Jira ticketing systems, and basic experience with license management across multiple SaaS products.

\

The key responsibilities include executing onboarding and offboarding procedures for users, creating, modifying, and deactivating user accounts in Google Workspace, managing user and channel access in Slack, and handling user provisioning tasks in Jira and other ITSM ticketing tools.

\

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assigning and removing user licenses across multiple SaaS applications, following SOPs to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across user lifecycle tasks.

\

They will collaborate with internal teams, partners, and escalate issues to L2 or OEMs when required, maintaining accurate records of account status and license allocations.
