Customer Experience Strategist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our team as a Customer Experience Strategist. In this role, you will partner with cross-functional teams to develop and implement employee experience strategies that drive business results.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of employee engagement, internal communications, and technical consulting. You will be responsible for providing expert advice on information organization, content migration, audience targeting, governance structure, and change management.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee experience strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to identify customer business needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Provide technical guidance on implementing employee experience platforms and modern intranets.
  • Educate and train customers on best practices for using employee experience technologies.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ years of experience in employee experience, internal communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of technical consulting and enablement experience.
  • 4+ years of experience working remotely as part of an international team.
  • 4+ years supporting an international customer base and navigating various cultural differences.
  • 4+ years of experience implementing and/or maintaining modern intranets or employee experience platforms.
  • Familiarity with project management concepts and support ticketing tools.
