
Employee Experience Strategist

**Job Summary:**
The Employee Experience Strategist is responsible for designing, implementing, and driving employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture, enhance employee satisfaction, and improve retention.
This role also oversees performance management and career progression strategies, ensuring employees have clear growth pathways. The Employee Experience Strategist collaborates with leadership and HR teams to develop strategies that align with the organization's values and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Engagement & Experience:
- Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs.
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and morale.
- Organize and manage employee events, town halls, and team-building activities.
- Foster a culture of open communication and continuous feedback.
HR Communication & Culture Development:
- Serve as a key advocate for company culture and values.
- Develop internal communication strategies to enhance transparency and employee trust.
- Conduct surveys, focus groups, and feedback sessions to gauge employee sentiment.
- Partner with leadership to drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives.
Performance Management & Career Progression:
- Develop and implement performance management frameworks to track employee growth.
- Work with managers to set clear goals, performance expectations, and regular feedback cycles.
- Design career progression pathways to support employee growth within the company.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify high-potential employees and succession planning.
- Provide guidance on coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
Recognition & Retention:
- Develop and manage employee recognition programs to reward achievements and contributions.
- Monitor retention metrics and implement strategies to improve employee retention rates.
- Collaborate with HR and managers to address engagement and performance challenges.
Learning & Development Support:
- Work with HR and training teams to promote professional development opportunities.
- Encourage mentorship and leadership programs to support career growth.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagement and performance metrics to measure effectiveness.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve HR initiatives.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, employee engagement, performance management, or related fields.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Experience with HR analytics, performance management tools, and employee engagement platforms is a plus.
