Job Overview

We are seeking a meticulous Property Investment Analyst to join our team. As a highly responsible and detail-obsessed professional, you will be responsible for evaluating property investment opportunities with precision and professionalism.

This is a secure, full-time remote role where your analysis will directly impact decision-making.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Analyse residential and commercial property deals to calculate returns and assess refurbishment estimates.
  • Review floorplans, EPCs, comparables, agent documents, and other key papers.
  • Utilize and maintain our deal analysis spreadsheet tools to produce written deal summaries with go/no-go recommendations.
  • Triple-check every detail before submitting your work and take ownership of your analysis.
  • Listen to feedback and improve with every deal you review.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Loved working with numbers, logic, and structured thinking.
  • Experience in property, finance, or detailed analysis work.
  • Understanding of terms like yield, refurb budget, ROCE, GDV, LTV, etc.
  • Meticulous with attention to detail and ability to handle important decisions under pressure.
  • Welcome feedback and constantly aim to improve.
