Job Title: Senior Asset Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Asset Manager to deliver exceptional results in asset management, leveraging analytical skills and excellent communication abilities.

 

The ideal candidate will have at least 6 years of experience in asset management with advanced Excel proficiency and strong accounting knowledge. They will be able to read, interpret and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements, identifying key trends, anomalies and KPIs across financial statements.

 

The selected candidate will work closely with the asset management team to evaluate asset performance versus budget and historical benchmarks, synthesizing findings into actionable insights. They will also possess project management skills including coordinating timelines, managing deliverables and tracking progress across multiple projects and deadlines.

 

The successful candidate will be a critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers. They will also be an organized, detail-oriented and accountable individual comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance and ownership.

 

Key Responsibilities:
