Program Manager RoleWe are seeking a Program Manager to oversee and direct projects from initiation to delivery. The successful candidate will have a strong planning and documentation background, with a bias for action and a drive to create business impact. The ideal candidate will have exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills, with experience in agile methodologies and Scrum.
The Program Manager will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop project scope, deliverables, and timelines. They will be responsible for planning and executing projects, tracking risks and dependencies, and ensuring alignment with predetermined program objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of JIRA or other project management tools, with experience in Scrum and Agile Methodology. A Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being an added advantage.
This is a Work from Office role based out of Noida, and the successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and completing recurring business processes associated with scrum management, risk management, service request intakes, compliance, and audit processes.
