Job Title:

">Fundraising and Valuation Professional

We are seeking an experienced fundraising & valuation specialist to lead our critical growth phase, preparing for a Series A fundraising round.

The ideal candidate will drive the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas), build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines, develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks, oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring, partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations, and provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the Series A fundraising process with VCs, family offices, and HNIs (India & overseas).
  • Build and maintain strong investor relationships and outreach pipelines.
  • Develop valuation models, financial projections, and Series A investor decks.
  • Oversee due diligence, compliance, and deal structuring.
  • Partner with the CEO in investor meetings, pitches, and negotiations.
  • Provide financial and strategic insights to enhance company valuation.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in fundraising, investment banking, venture capital, or private equity.
  • Proven track record of successfully raising funds or closing Series A / growth-stage deals.
  • Strong skills in valuations, financial modeling, and capital structuring.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Exposure to EdTech, SaaS, or global education sectors is an advantage.
