Development Funding Specialist Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic funding expert to lead and manage all development-related financial activities.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for securing funds, managing relationships with lenders, investors, and ensuring smooth execution of financial strategies to support business growth.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement funding strategies to meet business requirements.
- Identify, approach, and negotiate with banks, NBFCs, investors, and financial institutions for debt and equity funding.
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders, investors, and stakeholders.
- Evaluate funding proposals and assess financial viability.
- Prepare and present funding reports, MIS, and progress updates to management.
- Monitor fund utilization and ensure compliance with all financial and regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with finance and senior management teams to forecast and plan funding needs.
- Key Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in fundraising, funding management, or corporate finance.
- Strong network with banks, NBFCs, and investors.
- In-depth knowledge of financial instruments, funding processes, and compliance.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to secure and manage large funding deals.
- Certification in finance such as MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification is preferred.
