We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team in designing and implementing innovative data solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud. This role will involve creating unified customer data models that drive personalization and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, configure, and implement scalable data models, including data streams for ingestion, data model objects, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with marketing, sales, and service clouds to deliver end-to-end personalization.
  • Collaborate with business teams to translate requirements into data models and architecture.
  • Implement ETL, API, and middleware integrations for large-scale data ingestion.
  • Apply data governance, privacy, and compliance best practices.
  • Provide technical leadership in data modeling, ensuring scalability and performance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5-9 years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with at least 2+ years in Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Strong expertise in data modeling, schema design, entity relationships, and normalization/denormalization techniques.
  • Hands-on experience with data streams, DMOs, identity resolution, calculated insights, segments, and activations.
  • Proficiency in SQL, data transformation, and performance optimization.
  • Experience with Salesforce integrations (APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools, or connectors).
  • Good understanding of marketing, sales, and service clouds.
  • Salesforce certifications (preferred): Data Cloud Consultant, Data Architect, Platform Developer I/II

Desirable Skills:

  • Exposure to Einstein AI/Analytics with Data Cloud.
  • Experience with Snowflake, AWS, or GCP data pipelines.
  • Knowledge of Customer 360 Audiences and advanced segmentation strategies.
  • Prior experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

- Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP: 2+ years of experience
