Expert Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer Required

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to excel in personalization tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.

  • Develop, configure, and deploy innovative solutions in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, etc.).
  • Implement sophisticated personalization and dynamic content strategies using Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio or equivalent tools.
  • Design and optimize customer journeys, triggered campaigns, and cross-channel automations to drive customer engagement.
  • Collaborate with marketing, CRM, and technology teams to translate business requirements into scalable SFMC solutions.
  • Integrate SFMC with Salesforce Sales/Service Cloud and other enterprise systems through APIs and connectors.
  • Ensure compliance with best practices for data security, privacy, and deliverability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and deploying marketing cloud solutions using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Mobile Studio.
  • Creating and implementing personalization strategies using Salesforce Personalization/Interaction Studio.
  • Building and optimizing customer journeys, campaigns, and automations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to develop scalable marketing cloud solutions.
  • Ensuring data security, privacy, and deliverability best practices.
