Job Title:

Salesforce Technical Lead - Expert in Cloud Solutions

    As a seasoned Salesforce Technical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and customization of Salesforce CRM across various departments.

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to lead our team in designing and building complex functionalities on the Salesforce Revenue Cloud ecosystem.

    Key Responsibilities:

  • Implementation Strategy: Drive business discussions and workshops with stakeholders to implement successful Salesforce projects
  • Customization and Development: Design and develop custom features and capabilities on Salesforce Revenue Cloud and SFDC ecosystem
  • Tech Skills: Expertise in Lightening Web Components, Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, SOSL, SOQL, Data loaders, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Process Builder, Approval Process, Customizations, and Data/Metadata Migration
  • Business Acumen: Strong understanding of Product & Pricing modelling/configuration, CPQ Approvals, Data migration, Quote to cash process, approval flows, and Order & Billing Process

    Requirements:

  • Experience: 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce implementation
  • Qualifications: Sound understanding of Lead to Cash Process, Exposure to business change management, Agile Certification, and Salesforce Revenue Cloud Certification
