Salesforce DevOps Architect

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps architect to drive the setup, optimization, and governance of our CI/CD processes across multiple Salesforce orgs.

This role is crucial for enabling package-based deployments, scalable branching strategies, and large-scale Salesforce programs such as Service Cloud and multi-org contact center transformations.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on expertise in Copado and be able to lead the transition from feature-based deployments to modular, package-based deployments using Copado.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Architecting and implementing end-to-end DevOps pipelines using Copado, Git, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
  • Defining sandbox management strategies, release governance, and version control best practices.
  • Leading the transition from feature-based deployments to modular, package-based deployments using Copado.
  • Establishing and enforcing branching strategies for multi-org Salesforce programs aligned with enterprise delivery streams.
  • Partnering with architects, developers, and release managers to enable scalable and repeatable deployments.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce Development & DevOps.
  • 3+ years of hands-on enterprise experience with Copado.
  • Strong knowledge of Git branching models and CI/CD concepts.
  • Expertise in Salesforce multi-org architecture and package-based development.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce metadata, Apex, and deployment strategies.
  • Proven ability to lead DevOps design discussions and mentor teams.
  • Must be available to work EST hours (3 PM – 12 AM IST).
