About the Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing project lifecycles, ensuring successful delivery, and driving projects from inception to completion while maintaining a strong focus on client satisfaction.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management & Leadership: Lead complex projects throughout the complete IT lifecycle, including analysis, architecture, design, build, test, and production.
  • Business Analysis & Solution Design: Engage with customers to understand their business processes and requirements, perform a thorough fit-gap analysis, and translate business needs into a clear and comprehensive functional design for Salesforce solutions.
  • Client Engagement & Training: Communicate clearly and proactively with clients and internal team members, prepare end-user training documentation, and lead training workshops.
  • Continuous Improvement & Best Practices: Contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines for architecting Salesforce solutions and stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce products and solutions.

Key Requirements:

  • 6-8 years of total professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on Salesforce experience as a functional consultant.
  • Proven experience in large-scale, end-to-end project implementations for enterprise clients.
  • Must have delivered at least 5 full Salesforce projects for different customers.
  • Core Salesforce Expertise: Solid functional knowledge of core Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
  • Salesforce Certification(s) are a must.

  • Knowledge of other enterprise solutions like Einstein Analytics, Mulesoft, Tableau etc.
  • Industry knowledge in sectors like Financial Services, Health, Education etc.
