Job Title: Workday Integration Consultant

This is a permanent work from home position from anywhere in India.

Notice period: Less than 30 Days (Immediate joiners preferred)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Consultant to support AMS (Application Managed Services) and new implementations. The role involves maintaining & enhancing existing integrations, monitoring performance, and delivering scalable solutions for new Workday deployments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and optimize Workday HCM integrations in production (AMS).
  • Design, develop, and deploy new Workday integrations (Implementation).
  • Work with Core Connectors, EIBs, DTs, Workday Studio, PECI/PICOF.
  • Collaborate with functional/technical teams to gather and translate requirements.
  • Manage change requests, documentation, testing, and deployment.
  • Implement HCM Compensation and HCM Security Experience and Functional knowledge of HCM Processes
