Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integrations Consultant to join our team and lead the design, development, and deployment of Workday integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Workday Studio, Core Connectors, and EIBs, with a proven track record of successful Workday implementation projects across modules such as HCM, Payroll, and Finance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of Workday integrations for implementation projects.

· Collaborate with functional and technical teams to gather and refine integration requirements.

· Design scalable and efficient integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Web Services (REST/SOAP).

· Build and support integrations between Workday and third-party systems (e.g., payroll providers, benefits vendors, internal HR systems).

· Ensure data integrity, performance, and reliability throughout all integration phases.

· Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation including design specs, test plans, and support materials.

· Provide post-go-live support and troubleshooting for integration-related issues.

· Work closely with Workday functional consultants to understand business workflows.

· Stay up to date with Workday releases and evolving integration best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Minimum of 7 years of Workday experience with at least 4 full-cycle implementations focused on integrations.

· Proven hands-on expertise with:

o Workday Studio

o Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)

o Core Connectors (especially Payroll)

o Web Services (REST/SOAP)

o XSLT, XML, XPATH

· Strong understanding of Workday security and business process framework.

· Experience integrating Workday with third-party systems like ADP, Kronos, SAP, etc.

· Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

· Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Workday Integration Certification (preferred).

· Experience with Workday Financials integrations is a plus.

· Exposure to Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or ServiceNow.

· Experience working in global, cross-functional implementation environments.
