Workday Integration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Workday Integration Specialist to join our team.

  • In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy integrations between Workday and other systems/applications using Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, and Workday Studio.
  • You will have hands-on experience with inbound and outbound integrations, data transformation, and error management.
  • A strong understanding of business requirements and technical specifications within Workday is essential for success in this role.
  • Familiarity with configuration and customization within Workday modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits is also required.
  • This position requires experience working in Agile teams, familiarity with Scrum framework, and active participation in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
  • You will collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA, and project managers to ensure timely delivery.
  • The ideal candidate will be proficient in Workday Report Writer and Advanced Reporting tools.
  • They will create custom reports, calculated fields, matrix reports, and composite reports tailored to business needs.
  • Experience in troubleshooting reporting issues and optimizing report performance is a must.

  • Ability to design, develop, and deploy integrations between Workday and other systems/applications.
  • Strong knowledge and practical experience in one or more Workday modules such as Core HR, Compensation, and Benefits.
  • Experience working in Agile teams, familiar with Scrum framework.
  • Proficient in Workday Report Writer and Advanced Reporting tools.
