Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Flight Team Professional to ensure the safety and comfort of our passengers on board aircraft.

The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service, handle passenger documentation and baggage claims, and maintain accurate records and reports.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Passenger Services: Assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and special requests.
  • Baggage Handling: Manage baggage check-in, sorting, loading, and unloading.
  • Customer Service: Provide information, resolve issues, and ensure passenger satisfaction.
  • Flight Operations: Coordinate with pilots, air traffic control, and other teams.
  • Safety and Security: Ensure compliance with airport regulations, safety standards, and security protocols.

Tasks:

  • Check-in and issue boarding passes.
  • Handle passenger documentation and baggage claims.
  • Assist passengers with disabilities or special needs.
  • Manage baggage sorting, loading, and unloading.
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure smooth flight operations.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports.
