Airport Operations Role

This is a full-time hybrid position that combines airport operations and customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless passenger experiences, providing information on flight schedules and services, and maintaining safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing timely and accurate information to passengers regarding flights, delays, and airport services
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of airline operations, procedures, and policies
  • Ensuring effective communication with passengers and airport staff in English and local languages
  • Managing passenger inquiries, complaints, and feedback
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve operational efficiency and quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in airport operations or customer service
  • Knowledge of airline operations, procedures, and policies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
