Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Ground Staff. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth travel experience of passengers from check-in to boarding.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and possess a strong understanding of airport operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Checking passengers in and issuing boarding passes
  • Handling baggage and providing information to passengers
  • Assisting with inquiries and requests from passengers
  • Coordinating with other airport staff to ensure efficient ground operations
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 0-1 years of experience in a related field

  • Education: Secondary School, I.T.I., B.A, B.C.A, B.Com, Bachelor of Hotel Management, Any Bachelor Degree, Post Graduate Diploma
