About the Role:
The City Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our vision forward, fostering strategic partnerships with healthcare professionals and hospitals to increase patient referrals for medical funding and loans through our platform. This leadership position demands exceptional skills in sales, team management, and market analysis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Foster alliances with doctors and hospitals to enhance patient referrals
- Lead and mentor the sales team in their region to achieve target goals
- Develop innovative financing solutions by identifying patient needs and introducing EMI-based options at partner hospitals
- Promote awareness and adoption of our platform among hospitals and patients
- Ensure smooth lending operations by coordinating between patients, hospital finance teams, and partnered lenders
- Take ownership of city-level profitability, ensuring operational efficiency, revenue growth, and financial sustainability
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in B2C sales, preferably in healthcare or a startup environment
- Experience in team leadership and sales target achievement
- Ability to travel extensively within the region
- Strong understanding of the Indian fintech/health-tech startup ecosystem
