Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Strategist for YouTube Growth to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive strategy to drive growth on our YouTube channel.

You will work closely with our team to plan and manage content calendar, optimize content for YouTube SEO, run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules, and track and analyze audience behavior + analytics to refine strategy in real time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a YouTube growth strategy
  • Plan and manage content calendar: frequency, formats, playlists, and uploads
  • Optimize content for YouTube SEO: metadata, titles, tags, thumbnails, descriptions
  • Run A/B testing on thumbnails, titles, and posting schedules
  • Track and analyze audience behavior + analytics to refine strategy in real time
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience managing and scaling YouTube channels
  • Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and audience behavior
  • Proficiency with YouTube Studio, Analytics, Google Trends, TubeBuddy, VidIQ
  • Balance of creative storytelling + data-driven decision making
  • Proactive, independent, and growth-focused mindset
