Job Title:

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Logistics Operations Specialist to join our team.

  • About the Role:

    You will be responsible for managing data, analyzing pickup performance, and implementing process improvements to drive efficiency and quality.

  • Your Key Responsibilities:

    • Source data from various systems and enhance pickup service levels by identifying and eliminating service failures.

    • Strengthen relationships with clients and their sellers by improving the seller experience and actively collecting feedback.

    • Ensure data accuracy and integrity through regular housekeeping and validation.

    • Manage a team of associates and coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders to drive issue resolution.

    • Analyze pickup data and support process improvement initiatives to streamline first-mile operations.

  • Requirements:

    • Candidate Profile:

      • Education: Minimum Graduate in any field.

      • Languages: Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

      • Experience: Prior experience in logistics or supply chain operations is preferred.

      • Skills & Competencies:

        • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.

        • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in SQL.

        • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.

        • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

        • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

        • High level of ownership and a strong bias for action.

        • Ability to build trust with clients and sellers through efficient coordination and problem resolution.
