Mahindra Rise is seeking an experienced Strategic Investor Relations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with investors and analysts, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
About the Role:
- Liaison Role: Serve as a liaison between Mahindra Rise and its investors/equity analysts to ensure seamless communication and alignment of objectives.
- Operational & Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of Mahindra Rise and its competitors, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
- Preparation of Decks: Develop compelling presentation decks for road shows, investor meetings, and other strategic events.
- Investor Outreach: Coordinate and facilitate investor meetings, building relationships and promoting a positive image of the company.
- Quarterly Analyst Meetings: Organize and manage quarterly meetings with analysts, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of objectives.
- Maintaining Databases: Manage investor database and shareholding reports to maintain accurate records and support decision-making processes.
- Ensure Compliance: Update the secretarial team on all investor meetings and activities to maintain transparency and regulatory compliance.
Experience and Skills:
We are looking for an individual with 3-6 years of experience in investor relations within a large corporate entity or at a reputed equity research firm, demonstrating a strong understanding of financial markets and stakeholder communications.
Qualifications:
- MBA or CA qualification is required to ensure a solid foundation in finance, accounting, and business management, essential for effectively managing investor relations and financial communications.
General Requirements:
- Strong analytical and presentation skills to interpret complex financial data and communicate key insights to various stakeholders effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to engage with investors, analysts, and internal teams, conveying information clearly and concisely.
Estimated Salary: ₹1,200,000 - ₹2,400,000 per annum
