About the Operations Support Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced leader to oversee the operational aspects of our store management, ensuring performance achievement, loss control, and compliance with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • To set and adjust store operation targets based on market performance goals, track and analyze operational KPIs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • To develop and optimize store goods loss rate targets in line with loss control objectives.
  • To oversee new store openings, coordinate construction, logistics, and operational setup.
  • To ensure operational communication between local operations teams and headquarters for task implementation.
  • To conduct regular store visits to inspect operational standards and performance.
  • To assist in personnel management, training, and development for store teams.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 2 years of management experience in retail operations, preferably with market expansion exposure.
  • Passion for retail, result-driven mindset, and strong execution skills.
  • Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to diagnose operational issues, analyze data, and propose solutions.
  • Adaptability to market changes and resilience under pressure.
  • Proficiency in both English languages is required.
