Key Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking an exceptional Store Manager to oversee the launch and daily operations of our premium fashion store.
  • As part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the store is market-ready with best-in-class customer experience from day one.
Core Competencies:
  • You will have end-to-end coordination responsibility for NSO (New Store Opening) timelines, team recruitment, stock planning & visual merchandising.
  • With your leadership skills, you will drive operational efficiency and adherence to SOPs.
  • Maintain a premium store ambiance and brand standards at all times.
  • Analyze sales reports and devise strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Optimize inventory, merchandising, and stock replenishment processes.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture through regular development sessions and build strong customer relationships.
  • Candidates should have a proven track record in managing large format EBO stores, including team management, store operations, and customer service excellence.
  • A strong business acumen with a focus on results and profitability is essential.
  • The ideal candidate will possess at least 5–6 years of experience as a Store Manager in premium fashion retail.
