- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to inform business decisions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, optimize processes, and improve overall performance.
- Operational Excellence
- Maintain high standards of store appearance, merchandise presentation, and customer service to ensure a premium brand experience.
- Implement and enforce policies, procedures, and compliance measures to minimize risks and maximize efficiency.
- Oversee inventory management, supply chain logistics, and asset maintenance to ensure optimal resource utilization.
- Financial Acumen
- Manage budgets, forecast sales, and analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive profitability.
- Identify areas for cost reduction and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, partners, and government agencies.
- Human Capital Development
- Recruit, train, and develop talent to build a high-performing retail team equipped with the skills and knowledge required to achieve business objectives.
- Cultivate a culture of continuous learning, innovation, and experimentation to stay ahead of the competition.

- Risk Management
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with retail operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and minimizing potential liabilities.
- Develop and implement contingency plans to address unforeseen events, crises, or disruptions.
- Merchandise and Marketing
- Partner with buying teams to source products, manage inventory, and optimize product offerings to meet customer demands.
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales, increase brand awareness, and engage with customers.
- Customer Experience
- Ensure exceptional customer experiences through personalized service, timely issue resolution, and proactive engagement.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform business decisions and drive improvement initiatives.
- Store Performance
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), such as sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
- Develop and implement corrective actions to address underperformance, leveraging data-driven insights and expert advice.
For this role, we are seeking an experienced leader with 18-20 years of retail experience, out of which last 3 years heading Retail Operations in a luxury retail company. They should be currently heading retail of multi-million turnover business. A Graduate or Postgraduate degree is required.
