We offer a range of fitness services including group workouts, gyms, and personalized fitness solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Program Management & Ownership on transformation process from site-> centre launch.
  • Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to program manage launch operations.
  • Interface effectively with Franchise partners to ensure timely execution, payments, launch readiness & presales.
  • Capital expenditure ownership & management (projects, equipment, other line items).
  • Improve launch process overall & Franchise partner satisfaction with new launches.
  • Identify, communicate & problem solve any potential risk to launch centres on time & with great member experience.

Desired Qualifications/Skills:

  • Sharp program management skills - building & executing SOPs, getting buy-in from multiple stakeholders & driving execution with high influence.
  • Excellent problem solving abilities - hustle & think-on-feet in new situations, take executive decisions.
  • Good communication skills (written & verbal).
  • Process orientation - to identify and solve problems, and set up best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized Tier 1/Tier 2 university (engineering/law/commerce/mgmt).
  • Previous experience with franchise/client-based business preferred.
  • Background in real estate/construction/retail expansion a plus.
  • 2-3 years of experience in Project/Programme management, startup experience preferred.
