Job Title: NSM Builder Head

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced NSM Builder Head to join our team at STAFFIAA. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in driving collaboration with real estate builders and developers, managing partnerships, and generating bulk leads for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple builder and real estate developer relationships to facilitate home loans and ensure ongoing collaboration and bulk lead generation.
  • Scout and onboard real estate builders and channel partners for home loans and mortgage servicing alliances, facilitating smooth onboarding by reducing the TAT and providing necessary support and training.
  • Plan and execute key initiatives such as APF (Approved Project Financing) builder mandates and builder-specific financier subvention grids in coordination with the financier alliance team.
  • Collaborate with builders and channel partners to generate bulk leads and ensure the right set of services is provided throughout the loan application process, ensuring a seamless experience for both partners and customers.
  • Expand relationships with existing customers and partners by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives, conducting engagement activities across the builder and channel partner segments.
  • Manage key account managers (KAMs) and the fulfillment team to ensure timely loan disbursements and fulfillment of partner requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for escalations from partners and their customers, ensuring a high level of service and quick resolution of issues.
  • Ensure timely invoicing and reconciliation for builder and channel partner services, maintaining regular MIS reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct weekly calls and in-person meetings with partners to gather feedback on lead quality, conversion rates, and identify opportunities to improve lead inflow and conversion.
  • Facilitate training and ongoing support to channel partners, ensuring they are well-equipped to generate and convert leads using our platform.
  • Act as the link between key customers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and alignment on objectives.

Requirements:

  • Strong experience in managing relationships with real estate builders, developers, and channel partners.
  • Expertise in the home loan and mortgage sector, particularly in APF facilitation, builder mandates, and lead generation.
  • Proven ability to onboard, train, and support builders and channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple partners and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Ability to analyze and optimize lead generation and fulfillment processes.
  • Experience in escalation management and maintaining service quality for partners and customers.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in a similar role managing builder relationships, preferably in the home loan or real estate sector.
  • Proven track record in generating bulk leads and managing partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of the home loan market and mortgage servicing.
