Role: Design & Engineering Desired Candidate Profile Roles & Responsibilities: Experience in System Software Design and flowdownof software requirements from System Design with project planning Must have deep knowledgeand experience of Embedded Systemsoftware for multipleprocessor families Should have familiarity with x8, x16, x32 , x64 bit Microprocessor /microcontrollers belongingto ARM, Intel, Power PC architectures Experience in memory and IO chips as per application needs based on study of data sheetslike NOR, NAND, SATA, EMMC Hands on experience with communication protocolslike MIL Bus 1553 , ARINC 429, I2 C, SPI, UART, Ethernet, USB , CAN, RS485 Experience with Device Driver development for Windows, Linux, Vx Works-A must Knowledge of DO178 B/C certification process, MISHRA-C and artifacts Familiarity with Software Verification and Validation Processesand Tools like IV & V C /C++/C-Sharp programming skills Qt- cross-platform framework for developing applications and graphical user interfaces (GUIs) that can run across different operating systems. Windows Device driver development on any of Windows OS variant (Windows XP/ Windows Vista/ Windows7/Windows CE ) Debugging using Win DBG Windows/Linux based Hardware/ Displaydevice programming experience Code analysisand debugging skills Understanding of Windows OS concepts, Win32 APIs. Development of Platform(BOOT, BSP, OS) coresoftware and drivers Bare Metal Software Development Preferred for railways Software work: Experience with Railways Systems such as DDU, HMI, RMS, PAPIS, PIS, TCMS , VCU Experience in Design, Implementation of Web & Window softwareapplication in. Net Framework (ASP. Net, VB. Net, C#, 4.0), SQL Server 2008, Crystal Report XI, SSRS, SSIS, SQL Jobs, SQL Profiler, VB 6.0, Python, VC++, C. Other Skills / Expertise: Experience in Leadinga team of embedded engineers(at least 10) Technical mentoring and training of people reportingto him Excellent relationswith peers and subordinates Management of multipledevelopment projects Networking outsidethe organization/ with Industry and Academia Interworking with other Departments for product delivery Building relationships with Customers Other Attributes Energetic, Self-driven/ initiator, Relationship oriented, English Communication Skills (Written& verbal), Strong analytical & Engineering knowledge, Effective Planner Team Builder
