About the Role- This position is responsible for driving advisor onboarding, managing outreach, and executing marketing initiatives that strengthen our brand presence.
- Identify, connect, and onboard financial advisors, consultants, and experts onto our platform.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, and professional networking platforms.
- Present the platform's value proposition and guide advisors through the onboarding process.
- Support deal origination, tracking, and execution by coordinating between advisors, entrepreneurs, and investors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional presence.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design and implement marketing campaigns.
- Experience managing social media platforms for business growth.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially with sensitive financial documentation.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or marketing (preferably in financial services).
- Be an early member of a fast-growing financial platform.
