  • Human Capital Management Specialist: A high-level professional with extensive experience in Oracle HCM implementation and project management.

  2. Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end Oracle HCM deployment, customization, and integration process for all modules globally. ">
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management: Work with vendors, consultants, and external partners to ensure successful implementations and resolve technical or business-related issues. ">
  4. Configuration and Customization: Oversee the configuration and customization of Oracle HCM modules according to business needs and best practices. ">
  5. Training and Quality Assurance: Develop and deliver training materials and user guides. Plan for pilots, testing, and provide end-user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of the system. ">
  6. Change Management and Digital Adoption: Support organizational change management activities on tech adoption of HR and internal communication products, including communication, training, and end-user engagement. ">
  7. Continuous Improvement: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of tech products post-implementation, identify opportunities for process improvements, and work with stakeholders to implement enhancements.">Requirements">

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree or certifications are a plus. ">
  • Experience: 12 to 15+ years of experience in implementing HR Systems or supporting Oracle HCM. Proven track record of managing end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations across multiple modules.">
  • Technical Skills: Experience with Oracle HCM implementation, project management, and knowledge of automation tools across the HR lifecycle. Familiarity with Gen AI tools and data migration, testing, and validation within the SuccessFactors environment.">">
