About the role:

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the process of raising debt capital from banks and financial institutions.
  • Build and manage relationships with lenders, rating agencies, and investors to secure funding.
  • Structure debt transactions, negotiate loan terms, and ensure optimal funding costs.
  • Maintain compliance with lending frameworks.
  • Develop strategies to optimize capital structure and liquidity management.
  • Assess funding risks and mitigate exposure in collaboration with other teams.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in raising debt funds from banks and financial institutions.
  • Strong network with lenders, including banks, DFIs, and structured finance players.
  • Prior experience in NBFCs or Small Finance Banks is essential.
  • Expertise in structured finance, term loans, working capital loans, and credit lines.
  • Solid understanding of regulations, due diligence, and loan documentation.
  • Strong negotiation, financial modeling, and stakeholder management skills.

This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A successful candidate will have a deep understanding of debt markets and be able to navigate complex regulatory environments. The ideal candidate will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
