Human Resources Manager Job Description

This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a strong HR professional to manage full-cycle recruitment, develop and implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and foster a positive work environment.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all stages of the recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement HR policies that align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance and payroll coordination.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment through various employee engagement initiatives.
  • Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Organize training and development programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and provide guidance on employment-related matters.
  • Support management in performance appraisals, workforce planning, and talent development.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of proven HR experience, preferably in the education or training industry.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exposure to aviation or education/training industry (a plus but not mandatory).
