Job Title: HR Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the development and implementation of human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws.
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management processes.
  • Coordinate the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent.
  • Assist in setting KPIs, conducting appraisals, and providing guidance on employee development.
  • Maintain accurate records, manage documentation, and address employee queries regarding compensation, benefits, and HR policies.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, training programs, and performance incentives.
  • Handle grievances, conduct investigations, and provide recommendations for resolutions.
  • Contribute to strategic projects, such as workforce planning, diversity & inclusion programs, and organizational development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in an HR Generalist or Managerial role.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in HR software and MS Office applications.
