Job Title: Technical Leader

A technical leader is required to drive innovation and lead a team in the development and deployment of cutting-edge technologies.

  • The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the IT industry, with 13 to 15 years of experience and a proven track record of managing technical teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of technical resources, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Drive the implementation of complex AI projects, including Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive strategic plans that align with organizational goals.
  • Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide technical oversight through expertise on AI project deployments within cloud-native environments built on .NET, React, Generative AI and Agentic AI.
  • Closely working with Product owners, Scrum Masters and Business Analysts to understand and align on product roadmaps and prioritization to drive business value.
Qualifications:
  • 13 to 15 years of experience in the IT industry, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience managing technical teams.
  • A bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field is required. A master's degree or relevant certifications are preferred.
