Job Title:

A Project Lead position available for a results-driven and innovative project manager. Key responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of project management from hand-off through completion to ensure success against defined KPIs.

The ideal candidate will develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials, provide effective analysis and reporting of project performance, track, monitor, and control project financial, timeline, and quality performance, and organize and deliver a Post-Project Review.

Requirements:

  • Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Outstanding teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Established competency in Microsoft and Google Workspace applications.
  • Solid understanding of data collection, annotation, and transcription activities in an AI setting.

Preferred Experience:

  • 5+ years of relevant project management experience or similar roles.
  • Experience managing AI ML data-related projects, including speech, text, and computer vision data collection and annotation projects.
  • Experience working with high-performance peer groups and technology to solve business problems.
