Job Opportunity:A visionary leader is required to oversee AI-data projects. The ideal candidate will develop and implement project plans, track performance, and ensure successful project completion against defined KPIs.Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of the project lifecycle from hand-off to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, workflows, guidelines, and resource materials.
  • Provide analysis and reporting of project performance.
  • Track and control project financial, timeline, and quality performance.
  • Organize and deliver post-project reviews.
  • Identify and mitigate risks through effective issue resolution.
  • Execute projects autonomously while coordinating with cross-functional teams.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Proactively identify opportunities and drive improvements for operational efficiency and scalable solutions.
  • Establish and expand client relationships, support new business opportunities, and revenue growth.
  • Assist in hiring process and train team members.
  • Contribute to departmental knowledge and capability development.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years' relevant project management experience or equivalent responsibilities.
  • Experience managing AI ML data-related projects, including speech, text, and computer vision data collection, curation, and annotation.
  • Experience working with high-performance teams, collaborative environments, and constructive peer groups.
  • Ability to apply technology in solving business problems.
  • Experience managing information technology, data management, or similar technical projects.
  • Demonstrated business English language proficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or equivalent certification.
  • Experience working in multinational/multicultural virtual environments.
  • Proficiency in working with support ticketing systems.
  • Experience in cross-functional/matrix organizations.
  • Fluency in languages other than English.
  • Knowledge of scripting or command line tools is an advantage.
