Job Description

As a seasoned project manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of AI and machine learning projects. You will collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and developers to define project goals and technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end project management for AI/ML and data science initiatives from project scoping to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project goals and technical requirements.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
  • Ensure alignment between AI models and business objectives through regular stakeholder communication.
  • Track project milestones and performance against goals using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
  • Identify project risks, roadblocks, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee model development, testing, integration, and deployment with software teams.
  • Ensure compliance with ethical AI standards, data privacy regulations, and security protocols.
Required Skills and Qualifications

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven environments.
  • Solid understanding of AI/ML workflows, tools, and deployment lifecycles.
  • Familiarity with Python, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and ML frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC practices.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects and meet tight deadlines.
